细节决定成败,外贸英语口语是影响外贸业务员业务水平和业绩的重要因素,给老外打电话之前,这些功课你做足了吗?
一、关于留联系方式
1.1用老外的方式念出电话号码
念一串电话号码时,zui好每三个或四个数字中间停顿一下。
连在一起的两个或三个相同数字,可以用double或triple
比如:
222 读作 triple two;
3344 读作 double three, double four;
5555 读作 double five, double five.
5555 如果要说“five five five five”也可以,但不要说four five 那是45!
1.2 邮箱地址的正确念法
@读作“at” 所以“John@gmail.com”jiu是“John,at,gmail,dot,com”
二、接通电话时怎么说
在公司,接电话要先报上自己的名字。
但不要说“I am”或“My name is”
请直接在自己的名字后面加上“speaking”jiu可以了。
Hello,Daniel Chang speaking.
你好,我是张·丹尼尔。
请某人接听电话时:
方式A: Can I speak to Mr Scott,please?
方式B: Is Mr Scott there,please?
我能和斯科特先生通话么?
斯科特先生在么?
三、通话时突发状况如何回
I'm sorry,the line's bad. could you repeat what you just said?
不好意思,线路很差,您能重复一下刚刚的话吗?
其实是没听懂对方的意思
I'm afraid I don’t follow you.
Could you repeat it,please?
不好意思,我没听明白,您能重复一下吗?
I'm sorry,I'm not sure I understand.
Would you mind explaining it again.
不好意思,我好像没弄懂。您介意再解释一下吗?
纠正对方的说法
Actuall y,it's 16,not 60.
事实上,是16,不是60.(强调引起困惑的词)
I’m sorry,but I think there has been a misunderstanding.
The payment's due next week,not next month.
不好意思,但我认为这里有点误会。
这笔账下周到期,而不是下个月。
四、价格谈判技巧
价格谈判jiu是双方综合实力的对比的结果。在谈判中,我们要尽量鼓励对方多说,我们要向对方说:“yes”,“please go on”,并提问题请对方回答,使对方多谈他们的情况,以达到尽量了解对方的目的。
如果嫌价格贵,jiu谈产品质量,带客户参观企业。良好的企业文化也是增加价格的砝码。不要和客户纠缠自己的价格和同类价格比较。避免这种比较,要岔开话题。或者直接说,没有可以比较的地方。还有说到一定要做到,即使赔钱也要做,诚信zui重要的
